Where Fitness and Sports Collide

With years of success and experience, we are capable of evaluating your body type and creating a fitness plan that will help you reach your goals. Most of our clients are endurance athletes, cross-fit athletes, and rowers of all ages and sizes. Some start training for the sport specific benefits, some start training for the cardiovascular strength the workout builds, people normally stay because of the motivational environment.  
 

Ergometer Based Training

  • We use ergometer based endurance training to improve the fitness of our clients
  • Losing weight and gaining muscle can be challenging, especially when you want to accomplish both at the same time. Yet, when used properly this is exactly what you get from ergometer based training. 
  • We will analyze and monitor a number of variables that will give us insight into your progress and contribute to your overall success. 
  • We will create your individualized fitness plan and meet regularly to review. Feedback and dialogue is the best method. Virtual face to face weekly meeting is mandatory. 


Who Uses Row and Flow 2??

  1. Fitness conscious people, athletes and rowers of all ages, abilities and experience levels. 
  2. Cross-Fit Athletes looking to improve their erging technique.
  3. Endurance athletes training for an event or looking to change their cardio input.  


How It Works

  1. Inquire about a workout plan. Send e-mail and information to set up a virtual intake session.  
  2. Complete intake session and make required arrangements to succeed. Calculate price of training, equipment and maintenance. 
  3. Create realistic time frame for success. Rowing based programs normally last for 4-6 months, at which point, another meeting is required. Weight training programs normally switched every 5-6 weeks. 
  4. Delivery to client and answering any remaining questions before commencement of the program. (when the data REALLY begins to matter)
  5. Arrange for a fixed virtual meeting time to discuss progress and future plan. Virtual meetings must happen once every week.  
  6. Maintenance MUST HAPPEN. PERIOD. You're worth it.
